Core and Stretching

Flexibility and core strength are two very important things in a fitness or wellness program.

We offer a 60 minute class once a week to supplement the workouts that you will be doing to help you achieve maximal results.

 

Focus is on stretching, breathing and gentle core work to help you relax but strengthen and loosen up your muscles. It can be modified for any level.

 

Our class runs every Wednesday from 530pm-630pm.
