Holiday party? Drinks on the porch? Fires? Sitting by the pool?
It is that time of year for sure… All of these are a great time… But they aren’t always the best for our health and fitness goals..
Here are some tips to help prioritize your health and fitness goals but still be able to be social at the same time.
1. Plan the outings to be something active like a hike or a walk or a bike ride before eating/drinking.
2. Don’t skip your workouts. Even though you may be busy during this time of year hit the gym then do your stuff. You will thank yourself later!
3. Bring healthy snacks to outings!
Overall have a good summer- but keep your goals in mind too!
