Habit Based Changes

When it comes to making weight loss or fitness changes or nutrition times- it often becomes an all or nothing thing- but long term wise all or nothing gets real challenging.

A simpler solution- focus on one habit at a time.

Each week, pick one habit to work on- if you think you can do it 6/7 days it is probably a good one to start with.

For example say I know I really want to increase my water intake and get to half my body weight in ounces each day. I know I can do this but I need to really focus on it.

This week- thats my focus. If I get it 6/7 days- I will pick a new habit to focus on but continue doing the water. If I didn’t get it- that would still remain my topic priority.

To sum it up, focus on one thing, then keep building from that. All the small steps added up lead to the most long term success
