Quick Workout to do at home

 

 

Here are two simple workouts-no equipment needed. If you feel like you need a little more add 5 minutes onto the workout. These are meant for a quick workout when you are crammed for time.

Beginner:
Every minute on the minute for 6-10 minutes
10 plank to pike
5 pushup

Advanced

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes.

5 burpees
8-12 pushups

Warm up and cool down after- modify if needed at an incline for any exercise.
